A traditional ruler of Upopuvete Clan of Nigeria in Adavi local government, HRH Mall. Dirisu Shaibu has paid a courtesy visit to some leaders in the local government with a plea to uphold and sustain the peaceful co-existence of all for a better and prosperous Adavi people and blessed land. HRH Dirisu Shaibu made the call in his various visits to some leaders of Adavi local government in Adavi-Eba, Okene, Ogaminama, Nagazi and Kuroko The traditional ruler also paid thank you visit to the residences of the Commissiner for Works, Hon. Muhammad Ahovi Yusuf, Hon. Alh. Hadi Ametuo- Special Adviser on Political Matters to the Governor of kogi state, the Executive chairman of Adavi LGA. Hon. Bashiru Rasheed Okatengwu, Nurse Gomina. The team later held close door meetings with Upopuvete sons and daughters at Ogaminana and where he addressed them at the residences of Adayi Ikutemi and Hon. Musa Ohiani at Idanipopuvete area of ogaminana and at Monday Momohjimoh residence at 
Ohuogogo-kuroko. In their various remarks, Adayi Ikutemi, Hon. Musa Ohiani and Mr. Monday Momohjimoh all called for collaborative effort to join hands with one another with love and fear of God in all our activities. They reassured Upopuvetes to be their brothers’ keeper in whatever they do and in any position they found themselves. They reminded Adavi people to remain focus and United for progress and sustainable development of the area. They called for support for those in positions of authority with prayers for better kogi state and Adavi local government. The team used the visit to present invitation card to their hosts as official invitation to the Coronation ceremony of the New Oroko Ibadi/Okoro Upopuvete scheduled to take place on 11th January, 2025 from 10.00am at Mallam Anivasa compound, Adavi-Eba. The public is graciously invited to Grace and add value to the occasion.
