FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FREE MEDICAL OUTREACH ENDS TODAY IN IDAH. The two days Free Medical Outreach for the people of Idah local government come to conclusion today 29th 
May, 2025 at Idah General Hospital. The exercise which has witnessed free testing, distribution of drugs and other medicaments as well as free medical counselling attracted large people across the local government councils in kogi east. Speaking at the monitoring of the exercise, the federal government team leader, Dr. Olusegun Atere, advised medical personnel involved in the medical outreach to allow professionalism preclude their onerous assignment. Dr. Atere who was elated at the turnout of people, praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Renewed Hope Agenda in health sector to bring health care delivery to the door steps of many Nigerians in rural areas. He then urged Idah people to remain supportive of the present administration policies and programmes to enjoy more democratic dividend from the government. Dr. Olusegun Atere applauded Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo of kogi state for partnarnling will the Federal government to bring developmental programmes and projects to the state. He reminded Idah people to always avail with this opportunity to always go to health centers nearest to them for routine medical checks. The two free medical exercise which was attended by the information officer of Idah local government, Mall. Ibrahim Hussein saw the enthusiasm in the beneficiaries of the health programme He commended the Federal and state governments for organizing the programme for the people of the local government and assured that they will remain supportive of the government programmes to better their lots.
