DR. NASIR BELLO EMPOWERS 100 WOMEN
The Bello Nasiru Care Foundation has empowered 100 widows and market women of Okene I and Okene II of Okene LGA with N10,000 Naira each cash donation to support their enterprise.
The Promoter of the foundation Hon. Nasiru Usman Bello saw the vision to support and encourage individuals to visualise and work towards the reality of achieving unending success despite the existing or imminent challenges that may arise. This empowerment gesture was to give back to the society and also support widows in Ebiraland.
Expressing his support for the women, BENAS encouraged them to be steadfast and not relent in their struggles. He also promised to replicate same in Ogori-Magongo.
The beneficiaries were filled with joy while expressing gratitude and appreciation for being found worthy for the empowerment.
In a similar vein, Hon. Nasiru also attended the quiz competition organised by the Dynamic Ebira Friends Club and donated the sum of N50,000 to the winners of the competition, ASCO Secondary School Ajaokuta, N30,000 to the first runner up, Standard Secondary School, Onyukoko, and N20,000 to the second runner-up, OCSS Ogaminana.
He reinstated his commitment to always give helping hands when the need arises and advised other well meaning Anebira to take the cue by helping in alleviating poverty in the land and promoting educational pursuits.
