On behalf of the entire Civil Service of Kogi State, I, Elder Mrs. Deborah Ogunmola heartily congratulate our Civil Service friendly fourth Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, on your Inauguration as the Fifth Executive Governor of Kogi State.
