Hon. Yakubu Nasir Abdulhakeem, Executive Secretary, Kogi State Office for Disability Affairs, felicitates with the good people of Kogi State and the entire Muslim Ummah on the joyous occasion of Eid-El-Fitr. This holy period reminds us of the virtues of fasting, patience, compassion, and total submission to the will of Almighty Allah. As we celebrate, may we continue to follow the noble footsteps of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W), guided by the teachings of the Holy Qur’an and Hadith in all our dealings.
In this spirit of Sallah, we are called to 
promote peace, unity, and mutual respect among all citizens, irrespective of religion, tribe, or status. Let us use this period to renew our commitment to peaceful coexistence and to uphold the values of love, tolerance, and understanding. We also emphasize the importance of total inclusion, ensuring that Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) are not left behind but are fully recognized, supported, and empowered in all aspects of society.
Hon. Yakubu Nasir Abdulhakeem extends sincere appreciation to His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, and Her Excellency, Hajiya Sefinat Usman Ododo, the First Lady, for their resolute support and commitment to the welfare of all citizens, especially the disability community. Special recognition also goes to Chief Dr. Habibat Oyiza Tijjani Onumoko, FCNA, the Accountant General of Kogi State, for her continuous dedication and contributions to the growth and development of the state. We also acknowledge with deep appreciation the efforts of Former Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, the founder of the Kogi State Office for Disability Affairs, whose vision laid the foundation for inclusion and empowerment of Persons With Disabilities in the state.
Furthermore, we commend the stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State for their steadfast support toward the vision of inclusion championed by His Excellency, the Chief Servant of the State. On behalf of the disability community in Kogi State and Hon. Nasir Network (Brain Not Legs), we offer prayers for continued success, strength, and wisdom for His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo. We also pray for the continued success and future aspirations of Former Governor Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, as we look forward with hope and confidence toward a greater Kogi State.
