BARKA DE SALLAH MESSAGE
On behalf of the Kogi State Office for Disability Affairs, I, Hon. Yakubu Nazir Abdulhakeem (Brain Not Legs), heartily felicitate with the Muslim Ummah in Kogi State, Nigeria, and across the world on the joyous occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
As we celebrate this sacred season of sacrifice, love, peace, and obedience to Almighty Allah, I pray that Allah (SWT) grants us lasting peace, unity, harmony, and abundant blessings in our homes, communities, and our dear state. May this Eid strengthen the bond of brotherhood among all citizens and inspire us to continue promoting compassion, tolerance, and humanity.
I specially offer prayers for the continued success, wisdom, strength, and protection of His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, for his inclusive leadership and sreadfast commitment to the development of our dear state. May Almighty Allah continue to guide and uplift him in all his efforts toward building a greater Kogi State.
I also pray for the Former Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello whom we believe is divinely ordained as the incoming Senator representing Kogi Central Senatorial District 2027, that Allah grants him victory, good health, wisdom, and greater opportunities to continue serving humanity.
To Her Excellency, Hajiya Safinat Usman Ododo, the compassionate First Lady of Kogi State, may Allah continue to bless and strengthen you for your kindness, support for humanity, and motherly role across the state.
Furthermore, I celebrate and appreciate the Accountant General of Kogi State, Hajiya Chief Dr. Habibat Oyiza Tijjani Onumoko FCNA, FCTI, for her dedication, excellence, and impactful contributions to the growth and financial stability of Kogi State. May Allah continue to elevate and protect her.
To my beloved disability community across Kogi State, I encourage you all never to lose hope despite the challenges we may be facing today. Better days are ahead, and by the grace of God, the government and society will continue to smile upon us through greater inclusion, empowerment, accessibility, and opportunities for all.
As we celebrate Eid-el-Kabir, let us continue to pray for peace, progress, and unity in Kogi State and Nigeria at large.
May Allah accept our sacrifices, answer our prayers, and bless us with joy, prosperity, and good health.
