It gratifies to see how the Revival movement on the shores of Igala land has snowballed over the years into birthing and raising Godly and Christian homes. This from the beginning was not so, the aggressive intercession, rugged evangelism and forceful territorial takeover sandwiched by fervent labour over souls of men by founding fathers of faith in the Igala kingdom changed this narrative. One of such example was when Evangelist Andrew Adejo of Jesus the way faith ministry (Wilderness Brethren) known for interior/grassroot Power packed Crusades went on a Missionary journey decades ago in a thick part of Ankpa LGA, Ogede-Ajékpé.
The humility personified minister, fondly called “Brother Andrew” by many was confronted by a renown idolater who first bragged that the program would not hold. By accuracy of the prophetic, Brother Andrew on the first day in his message of salvation disclosed that all man-made gods (idols) were dead upon their arrival in the land, hence none should put their trust in them any further, admonishing those in such possession to surrender them for deliverance before the crusade ends.
The fiery Igala borne evangelist has further said that to prove the powerlessness of the idols, their host/owners should “engage the images in a race, and if the idols can’t move by themselves, they were never qualified to be trusted for saving man in the first place”
This message got to the renowned idolater who was greatly feared and revered in the community for his high class manipulations with the gods, though he came to the crusade arena the following day, his motives were to in acrimony intimidate/set up the young preacher who he felt spoke ill to degrading his gods the previous day. He had come with one of his gods and asked the young evangelist to lift it if his God was that powerful as he claimed, stressing none else could ever lift it, as the gods only understand his language. The news of this confrontation and open show of power with a man of God who came with a “strange message” in their understanding soon attracted other community members to the crusade ground, with desperation to see what becomes of the the sent man of the crusade.
Brother Andrew after several jokingly attempts and retrieval in mockery of the gods with intension to attract more witnesses effortlessly with just one of his anointed hands disgracefully lifted the rated idol feared within the community and Jesus was glorified.
From that point, the idolater surrendered to the Almighty God and took upon him to be carrying on his head the generator for the crusade by taking it home and bringing it to the field which served as crusade venue till the meeting was over.
The confirmation of these revival agents by the accompanying of God’s presence led to the establishment of a Church in that land following the crusade.

The Ministry holds her annual Christmas Retreat at the headquarters and monthly programs at the Ankpa branch of the ministry, between the last weekends
