

A Presidential aspirant and Governor of Sokoto State under the People Democratic Party, (PDP) Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has cautioned delegates of the party against voting for an aspirants that does not poses the requisite experience and charisma to move the country and the party forward.
Tanbawa gave the warning on when he met the Kogi delegates of PDP in Lokoja, Kogi State to seek for the support ahead of the forthcoming presidential primary election of the party.
According to him, the country in the last seven years have been plunged into serious security and economic challenges , saying what the nation need in 2023 is a leader that can surmount all the challenges to bring the country back on track in the interest of Nigerians.
He stated that insecurity has worsen under the APC leadership adding that, Nigeria needs a Candidate that would unite, address the insecurity and economic crisis bedevilling the development of the nation.
“No doubt the issue of insecurity is a national issue, but it has worsen under the present administration. Any attempt to vote for APC aspirant or Candidate will worsen Nigeria situation. Nigeria should know that APC will continue from Buhari bad leadership and under-development.
“This will not go down well for our Country as there is hardship in the land. We must not loose hope in this nation. Nigeria will rise again as we need a leader who will unite and not divide us”.
He said the eight years of the APC is hell on earth compared to the sixteen years rule of the People’s Democratic Party, (PDP), assuring that his candidacy if given the opportunity will pull victory for the party and galvanize development for the country.
The Sokoto State Governor said that he is very conversant with the judiciary stressing that, his wealth of experience will bring back sanity to the Judiciary that is currently under attack by the Government in power.
He said his administration is not owing Salary in Sokoto compared to some aspirants who could not boast of any meaningful project in their States.
While appealing to PDP delegates to go for aspirant that can deliver votes for the PDP, the aspirant stated that, his emergence will put an end to cruelty of APC Government.
Speaking on the resuscitation of Ajaokuta steel company, the former Speaker of House of Representative, said if given the opportunity to lead the country the steel industry will be revitalize to generate revenue and jobs for Nigerians.
The leader of the party in Kogi State Ibrahim Idris assured that the delegates of the state will support the aspiration of the Sokoto state governor to clinch the ticket of the party at primaries.
