A grassroot women leader in Ogori/Magongo Local government Area and a former Assistant former Special Assistant on HYPPERDIC in Kogi State (Hajia) Maryam Usman Yahaya has pledged to work for an enduring dividends of democracy for the people of the LGA
Hajia Maryam who was also a topmost official of
the KOGI POLITICAL TRIANGLE a grassroots women and Youth Mobilization outfit that worked assiduously for GYB reelection in the last gubernatorial election in the state and now in the race for the OGORI /MAGONGO LGA chairmanship seat under the APC , says she is in the race ” to complement the excellent achievements of our workaholic and achiever per excellence GOVERNOR YAHAYA ADOIZA BELLO in this 2nd tenure
According to her ,her wealth of experience in various fields and her grassroots political mobilization in and outside the Local government and in the State over the years ,are valuable assets that would help her to achieve her visions and aspirations for the people of the LGA when voted into power
The Chairman hopeful who appealed to the progressive and peace loving people of the area to vote among other goodies ,”for peace and inter gritty , good governance, improved infrastructures,welfare packages,good heath, improved agricultural packaged, etc, pledged to run an open door policies where the youth ,women and the people living with disability will be given a voice to contribute their quota to the transformation of the LGA .
