Andas greets Muslims on Eid- El- Kabir celebration
The Chairman, Kogi State House of Assembly Service Commission, Alhaji Andas Malik has celebrated with Muslim Unmah on the celebration of Eid-ul – Adha, the festival which bring to fore the total submission by Prophet Ibrahim to Almighty Allah.
In a Statement, Alhaji Andas on behalf of the Commission Members, urged Muslim Faithfuls to adhere to the principle of the festival which places value on sacrifice and selflessness to one another.
Alhaji Andas further urged Muslims and non Muslims to continue to imbibe the spirit of love, peace, harmony, kindness and religious tolerance which Eid- El- Kabir stands for.
While wishing Muslim faithfuls a peaceful celebration, he called on the people of the state to use the opportunity to continue in prayers and support for the State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello to enable him achieve his lofty dreams for a prosperous Kogi State.
