Barrister Charvid Donates Royal Wooden Chair, Traditional Caps to Ayegunle Gbede Traditional Council

A reknown philanthropist and a Community leader, Barrister David Shola Ayedogbon aka ‘Charvid’, donates Royal wooden chair and traditional caps to Ayegunle Gbede traditional council.

In a visit to the traditional council today in ijumu,Barrister Charvid said his decision to donate the items is borne out of the love and respect for the traditional institution in okunland,noting that his community will become one of the leading communities in Ijumu land in future.

He promised to continue to give his utmost support to the traditional council and ensure the growth and and development of the area.

In his own remarks,The Kogi State ALGON Chairman and Administrator of Ijumu Local Government area, Hon.Taufiq Isa appreciated the philanthropic gesture of Chief Aiyedogbon,saying that his intervention was very timely, ” I commended the donor for coming out at this time when the community needed a true and committed leader”,

“The king will be receiving his appointment letter by January and as usual the Local Government under my leadership will be in charge of the coronation,he assured.

The former commissioner of Commerce and Industry,Hon.Sunday Tolorunleke called on the people from the community in Ayegunle Gbede to continue to pray for Charvid adding that he truly had the love of his community at heart.

The Olu of Ayegunle Gbede,Oba Ayeni thanked Chief Aiyedogbon’Charvid’ for the kind gesture and urging his good deeds,noting that the reward for good is good.
