The Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Governor on Security Matters in charge of Okene Local Government, Engr. Abdulrazaq Muhammad enforced the order in the early hours of today 19th April, 2020 after he received a report that the premises was used for a night party against the security arrangements of government.

The Local Government had earlier ban all night clubs/parties of any kind and issued stern warning to all hospitality centres within her jurisdiction not to allow their premises to be used for such activities till further notice. The directive was hinged on intelligent reports from security agencies that such social activities have been hijacked by unidentified persons with criminal intents.
