The High Court of Justice ,Egbogogo today Nullify the Turbanning of Mr Abdusalami Yusuf Enesi as Ovanegbe of Anese in Eganyi .
Delivering the Judgement on a Suit no HCEB/31M/2021 High Court On the 23/9/2021 by the Judge , Justice MM Kwatana , the Judge quash the Turbanning and ask Mr . Enesi to stop parading himself as the Ovanegbe of Anese.
Reacting to the ruling , Barr. J.U Barrah ( Esq ) , Counsel to the plaintiff praise the judgement and express confidence in the Judiciary as the last hope of the people and specifically thank the Judge for his steadfastness.
