In fulfillment of his campaign promises to the people of Dekina Bassa Federal Constituency, Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna, Member Representing Dekina Bassa Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, has again donated his February Salary to Okura Ward of Dekina.
Recall that during his campaign, Hon. Haruna promised to return his monthly salary to each Ward in the Federal Constituency. The Lawmaker has since kept to his words upon assumption in June.
The Lawmaker explained that the money is not meant for sharing but to carry out one development project that would be touch on the lives of the constituents.
He however assured that he will support any project that the money is not able to complete, called on the people to continue to support the APC led administration.
The presentation of the money to Okura Ward was done on behalf of the Lawmaker by his, Senior Legislative Aide, Achile Salifu Sunday, Yunusa Ishaq Abuh Divisional Party Chairman and Hon Alidu Achimugu the Personal Assistant Domestic to the Lawmaker.
The event was attended by the 3 Gagorates Chief of Okura Ward and some party leaders.
The Gagos are Ibrahim Paul: Ogohi Okura, Ibrahim Adah, Amana Attah- Aboh Ofanwa and Alhaji Yahaya Abuh, Ogah Attah, Onu Egboje

Hon Ahiaba Jibrin immediate past Councillor of Okura Ward, Usman Vincent Okura, Ward APC Chairman also attended the event.
