Eid El Fitir: Omofaiye Congratulates Muslims, Harps on Prayers for Realization of GYB2PYB Aspiration

As Nigerians join the rest of the world to celebrate Eid El Fitir, Kogi State Commissioner of Environment, Chief Victor Adewale Omofaiye has congratulated Muslims on the auspicious occasion of the Celebration.

The Commissioner also urged Muslims particularly in Kogi State to use the period to pray fervently for the realization of the dream of the State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello to become the next President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Chief Omofaiye told Newsmen in Lokoja while speaking on the Sallah celebration, that the time has come for the people of the State to unite beyond party affiliations and support the Governor’s bid for the 2023 Presidential Election.

“On the Mandate of His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello to become Nigeria President we stand. We are very optimistic and have faith in God that our Governor will emerge President of Nigeria by the grace of God.”

He congratulated the Governor and his family, Chief of Staff to the Governor, Pharmacist Jamiu Asuku as well as other members of the State Executive Council and members of the State Assembly on the celebration.

The Commissioner also congratulated Muslims in Ijumu Local Government Area, Traditional Rulers and Staff of the Ministry of Environment and prayed God to crown their prayers with answers.

He called for prayers for leaders at all levels, urging the people to pray more for the State to witness increased progress, peace and unprecedented development.
