I, Rt. Hon. Alfa Momoh Rabiu, Deputy Speaker Kogi State House of Assembly on behalf of myself and members of my family heartily congratulate His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello on the occasion of his seventh year anniversary celebration of his swearing-in as the governor of the State.
Your Excellency, for these years in office, you have demonstrated high- level of commitment to the infrastructure development of our dear State.
