FREE 250,000 FG/CAC BUSINESS NAMES REGISTRATION FOR MSMEs
FG has commenced Free CAC Business Registration For 250,000 MSMES Nationwide. Follow the guideline below to apply and share to help others benefit.
The Minister of State for Industry, Trade and Investment, Amb Mariam Katagum, in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) disclosed that the federal government of Nigeria Have begun the application for free business registration for 250,000 MSMEs nationwide.
This is in line with the recently announced specific programmes aimed at cushioning the impact of COVID-19 on MSME businesses.
According to her, “We have got the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) to register 250,000 businesses free of charge.
MSMEs That Qualify For Free 250,000 FG-CAC Business Names Registration for MSMEs
MSMEs that have a minimum of three and maximum of 50 Staff on their payroll to qualify for it.

Recently Launched Federal Government Programs That Requires Business Registration
the N75 billion-MSME Survival Fund and Guaranteed Off-take Schemes which is borne out of the Federal Government’s commitment to helping cushion the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic
CBN Nigeria Youth Investment Fund which is an initiative of the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development and funded by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), which would be spread over 3 years to cater to youth-owned businesses and investment needs
