Frontline aspirant for Ajaokuta council promises,to revamp education, secure lives, property of the citizens

A Frontline chairmanship aspirant for Ajaokuta Local government council, Salami Abdulraheem Prince, has promised to prioritize education of children and young ones if election as chairman of the council.

The chairmanship aspirant who disclosed this while declaring his intention to run for the number one position in the council, in Adogo recently, stressed that the education of the children and young people of the community would form part of his core mandate.

While promising to improve the economy base of the council through aggressive revenue drive, Abdulraheem said that his administration would promote and develop credit facility for the workers as an alternative to pay day lenders and commercial banks whom he said are only exploiting the people.

As an activist, Abdulraheem assured of an open door policy, where every citizen would be involved in decision making that has direct bearing on their lives, but however promised to be firm and decisive in the fight against crime and criminality.

While maintaining that the primary responsibility of any government is the protection of lives and property of it’s citizens, he assured that he would collaborate with the state government to eliminate all forms of criminality from the area.

The oil and gas expert, added that if elected, he would invest in Agriculture so as generate massive employment for the teaming youths of the area.

While commending the efforts of Governor Yahaya Bello led administration aimed at harnessing the mineral resources in the state, Abdulraheem equally promised to take advantage of the effort of the state government to ensure that the council also benefit from huge mineral deposits in the area.

He also promised to use his versed experience and connection to attract companies to the area, this according to him will equally generate employment and bring speedy development to the area.

Other areas of priority if elected, according to the aspirant, includes, qualitative healthcare delivery, war against modern day slavery, prompt payment of pension and improved infrastructure.
