Girl child educ :Miss Kogi partners legislature
Kogi State beauty queen known as Miss Kogi, Queen Victoria David, has solicited for the support of Kogi State lawmakers in a bid to support girl child education as well as give palliative to vulnerable women in the society.
Queen Victoria David who was at the plenary sitting of the state assembly today told news men , after being introduced to lawmakers by the Speaker ,that she planned to assist widows and girls who are out of schools so as to better their lives.
According to her the Crown symbolises the girl child and taking care of them and so her project majorly is on getting succour for them.
She added that her project also covers taking care of the suffering widows.
Queen Victoria who is from Igalamela/Odolu Local Government and a-400 level student of Kogi State University advised youths to always follow their dream.
