My family, community and I raise our celebration glasses to wish the best Governor of the decade, His Excellency, Captain Idris Ichala Wada, a great, wonderful and memorable 70th birthday. A very humble, friendly and empathetic Govenor, filled with humane considerations for the people and whose political adversaries eulogise his character and person, we hail you. No other Governor in the history of Kogi has been that cerebral, down- to-earth and pragmatic.
