Hon. Leke Abejide Laid the Foundation of a 300- Capacity Computer-Based Test Examination Centre.
The Honourable member representing Yagba Federal Constituency, Hon. Leke Abejide today laid the foundation of a 300- Capacity Computer-Based Centre at Isanlu.
During the last WAEC PAYMENT, he promised to build a 300 capacity standard-based Jamb centre with all needed facilities.
Since the Joint Admission Matriculation Board (Jamb) started the Computer Based Test UTME, Yagba Federal Constituency has no CBT centre for registration and examination, students travel as far as Kabba and Ilorin to register and write the examination.
Hon. Leke Abejide saw through the stress and agony of the students and their parents before enrolling for the exams.
“Our students will not have to travel far to other states and local governments before writing exams. It is therefore essential that we have a CBT centre in Yagba with all the needed facilities to make it effective. It is a facility that when completed, will be at the disposal of all the students who want to write any form of computer-based test without stress”.
At the groundbreaking and foundation laying Hon. Leke Abejide performed the foundation laying proper with other dignitaries.
He asked the work to progress and the work to commence immediately for the benefit of all and Examination purposes.
