On the heels of the wanton destruction caused by fire inferno to the building of Pee-links Electronic world limited, owned by Mr Peter Idumeje, the kogi state government through the Kogi state internal revenue services had extended hands of empathy and succour to the company by visiting the Chief Executive Officer.
On the visit, is the acting Head Cooperate communications, Mr Mukhtar Idris, who represented the interim chairman of KGIRS, Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris, FCA, FCTI
The delegation sent from KGIRS visited Mr Peter Idumeje in his house to hand over a letter of compassion, hope and empathy on the devastating and unfortunate fire incidence that razed the PeeLinks Mall ,here in lokoja.
The Head Cooperate communications, expressed the heartfelt message of the interim chairman of KGIRS, saying as an institution, we are pained by the sad event that has brought nothing but wanton looses to a festering business, but be rest assured we are with you in the rebuilding process because your economic value and contribution can not be overemphasized in the state.
Mr Mukhtar said, although, the letter with me convey an exclusive message of love and show of concern on the awful situation and the institutions readiness to support the company in bouncing back from the tragedy. Let me further express the resolve of Kogi state government through KGIRS to give succour to your company as regards tax obligation to the state in the process of rebuilding the affected business entity.
This is abundantly clear enough, that the GYB led administration in kogi state is humane, compassionate, progressive and committed to good and growth of every individual and business cooperation in the confluence state, especially when duty to the state in terms of tax payment is fulfilled. Mr Mukhtar stated.
