

The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman (OAU) had yesterday in continuation of his consultative meeting ahead of November 11th governorship election, met with stakeholders across Kogi State Senatorial District.
Alhaji Ododo who has been consulting stakeholders across party lines said the task of consolidating the gains of the present administration requires that all hands must be on the deck.
The APC candidate and his team of party stakeholders visited Adai Aliyu Omeiza Salami, Adai Alh. Isah Ozi salami the Ohi otenyiete of Ebiraland in ogaminana and Former Adavi LGA Chairman Hon. Ozigi maiki Asema in Ogaminana who all prayed for successful outing for Alhaji Ododo in the forthcoming governorship election.
Other critical stakeholders in Kogi Central politics visited by Alhaji Ododo and his team were Hon A.K. Salihu in Ihima district of Okehi LGA, Adai Siyaka a stakeholder in the PDP from Okehi LGA, and Hon. Abdulmaleek Abdulraheem Danga (AKA puffy) who is the current member representing Okehi/Adavi Federal Constituency.
In Adavi and Okene Local Government Area respectively, Alhaji Ododo and his team were received by Hon. Jonjo, a stakeholder of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and men and women of All Progressives Government in Onyukoko ward.
While the APC candidate used the opportunity to formally welcome many defectors from the opposition parties, he assured them of equal treatment and recognition in the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Alhaji Ododo appreciated his hosts for their warm reception and fruitful deliberations on how the development of Kogi State would be sustained when he assumes office as the Executive Governor of Kogi State.
