Kogi Deputy Speaker, Ahmed Muhammad Bags Award of Excellence
Deputy Speaker and Member representing the good people of Ankpa 1 State Constituency in the Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Ahmed Muhammad has been honoured with an Award of Excellence by Nigeria House of Dream Parliament in recognition of his immense contributions to humanity as a determined and resourceful lawmaker in the Kogi State House of Assembly 2020.
Presenting the Award of Excellence to the Deputy Speaker in his at the Kogi State House of Assembly Complex, Lokoja, Speaker of the Parliament, Comrade Mike Egilamatics Egila eulogized his simplicity and down to earth nature, stressing that he remain one of the few Nigerians that truly love the people.
He said his conduct when he first chatted him on phone without any prior meeting exemplified his strong character of a worthy representative of the people.
He charged politicians to work hard in laying legacy that will speak well of them when they are long gone after office, noting that Rt. Hon. Ahmed Muhammad merited the award considering his track records on the floor of the House and his Constituency.
Recieving the the award, the Deputy Speaker who commended and appreciates the National House of Dream Parliament for finding him worthy of the award, assuring them of doing everything possible to contribute his quota in serving the people and humanity.
