The Deputy Speaker and Member Representing Ibaji state Constituency in Kogi state House of Assembly, Rt Hon Comfort Ojoma Nwuchiola Egwaba has condemned the attack on Agojo-eju Odo community in Omala LG area of Kogi state.
In a statement released to the press, the Deputy Speaker condemned the attack,discribing it as “Callus and devilish”.
She called on security agencies to thoroughly investigate and find the root course of the attack and bring the perpetrators to book.
The Deputy Speaker assured the people of Agojo-eju Odo and Abejukolo both communities which were attacked by gunmen on Thursday of government’s preparedness of ensuring the safety of lives and properties in their areas.
While extending her condolences to the people of Agojo-eju, Omala LG and Kogi state, she prayed for peace to reign in the land.
