In the quest to campaign for the landslide victory of All Progressive Congress in the forthcoming election in Kogi State, the Majority leader state House of Assembly,Hon Suleiman Abdulrazaq Sariki along with Chairman House Committee on LG and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon Yusuf Zakari Eneve takes Campaign to Sheikh Hassan Mikailu at Ganaja to commend his efforts in preaching for Peace, Unity and progress of the state wellbeing by organizing series of prayer for the administration of His Excellency Gov Yahaya Bello and also for the victory of his successor Alh Ododo Ahmed Usman.
As a cleric, they are of the view that Sheikh will preach to his followers to endorse Alh. Ododo for it’s stated in the Islamic history that goodness begets goodness and that a leader should be prayed especially the one that have brought wellbeing to his subjects. HE have proved to be one of such leader that gave respect to religious doctrine in the state and as a scholar of Islam such teachings and way of life cannot be rejected.
While Hassan Mikailu is responding, He appreciates the state house of Assembly members for the visit and commend them that by Allah their administration shall be fruitful. He then said, that in Islam one can learn the true political journey devoid of all falsehood and reminds them that he is not a politician but he is a politician as the incumbent governor have demonstrated leadership quality and he is for Kogi agenda. He and his followers have long ago accept the leadership decision of all the progressive movement and shall vote for it’s candidate i.e Alh Ododo Ahmed Usman. He said.
