Oparisons’ resumption excites Ogori/Magongo people

The atmosphere of Ogori/Magongo Local Government Area was agog as the newly appointed Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on security matters Ogori/Magongon Local Government Area Rt.Hon. Goke Oparison made a grand style entry into the ancient Communities,.
Ogori and Magongo respectively.
Upon hearing his arrival, his well wishers and party faithfuls who couldn’t hide their excitment took to the streets and the local govt secretariat pouring him encomiums while others were chanting “Talk and Do” a nickname which is suggestive of his sincerity.

While addressing the citizens at the local government secretariat Akpafa, Hon.Oparison expressed his sincere appreciation to his Excellency Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello for the confidence reposed in him to serve his people once again and also thanked party faithfuls, traditional institution, religious body,market women and farmers for their unflinching love and Co-operation which saw him thus far regarding the success recorded while he heldsway as the Administrator.

Hon. Oparison enjoined the citizens to be law abiding and continue to imbibe the spirit of oneness and be our brothers keeper irrespective of party affiliation and said he would not to spare anyone found perpetrating illegality.as such person would incur the full wrath of the law. Hon. Oparison charged the citizens for their continual maximum cooperation and prayer as the only weapons that would spur him to do more.

In a statement signed by Ogunleye U Johnson, SA on Media and Publicity to the council boss, the Chief Security officer of Ogori/Magongo Hon. Oparison who has been enjoying cordial relationship with the traditional institutions and the religion body right from the onset earlier paid homage to the traditional rulers in the local government and paid a courtesy call on the notable party leaders Hon. Moses Akande, a member representing Ogori/Magongo constituency, Professor Olugbemiro Akerejola, Chief Patrick Daudu and the Secretary to the local government Hon. Kate Obapitan.

Amongst the leaders present at the occasion were the APC Chieftain Mr. Bernard Daudu, Ogori/Magongo APC Chairman,Mr Leonard Olatunji, overall women leader Mrs. Eunice Adebute, APC Youth leader Atiku Abdusalam .immediate APC women leader Hon. Edith Amode. also in attendance were the immediate supervisory councillors Hon. Michael Olori, Hon. Samuel Adejumo, Hon. dauda, Hon. John Agbogun. The former SSA’s and party faithfuls.
