I, Hon. Yahaya Umar, a member representing Omala constituency in the Kogi State House of Assembly, on behalf of my family and the entire good people of my Constituency, joyfully felicitate with our dynamic and articulate new leaders, His Excellency Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo, the Executive Governor of Kogi State and his Deputy Comrade Joel Salifu Oyibo, on this auspicious occasion of your inauguration into the office on this day the 27th January, 2024, by the Chief Judge of Kogi State.
His Excellencies are men of articulate wisdom and great zeal set out to turn around Kogi State for better. Both Governor Usman Ododo and his deputy Elder Joel Oyibo have good plans to transform Kogi State to a viable and prosperous one that will serve as investment destination, and this I am sure they will achieve within the period of their governance in the state.
More importantly, the leadership of Alhaji Ododo and Elder Oyibo will mark a significant signpost in the infrastructural development and economic transformation of the state. One thing that I know about Ododo and his deputy is that they have all it takes to drive the state forward in unity and total inclusivity.
I pray for you as you step into your first tenure in office today, that God almighty will grant you wisdom, strength and sound health to move the state to an enviable height.
