This journey was made easier for him when his political mentor and benefactor, His Excellency Governor Yahaya Bello the Executive Governor of Kogi State stepped into the scene and changed the narrative of god fatherism in Kogi State Political space.
Rt. Hon Prince Mathew Kolawole, a politician with the fear of God will forever be grateful to his benefactor for the great support and encouragement in the journey of life.
The successes recorded so far as a member of Kogi State House of Assembly and becoming the Speaker wouldn’t have been possible if not with mentorship and support of GYB.
Kogi State in its history has never enjoyed a peaceful Legislative cum Executive relationship like what we have now become a template for other states to emulate.
