The Ebira Doctors’ Forum (EDF) has congratulated His Excellency, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo and his Deputy Hon.Joel Oyibo Salifu, as they marked 100 days in office.
The EDF congratulated the duo in a statement jointly issued by its President, Dr Zubair Kabiru; and Secretary, Dr Shaibu Moses on Monday in Lokoja.
The EDF noted that the past 100 days of the governor and his deputy in office had been marked by significant progress for Kogi State
“On behalf of the Ebira Doctors’ Forum (EDF), we extend our warmest felicitations on your first 100 days in office.
“The past 100 days have been marked by significant progress for Kogi State.
“We particularly commend the appointment of Dr. Abdulazeez Adams Adeiza as the Honourable Commissioner for Health. His leadership has demonstrably impacted every aspect of healthcare in the state.
“We also want to acknowledge and appreciate our members who hold various top management positions within your administration. .
“This includes the Chief Medical Director (CMD) of the Reference Hospital Okene and the Executive Director of the Kogi State Primary Healthcare Development Agency.
“Finally, we extend special thanks to the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) Kogi State chapter for their vote of confidence in Professor Isah Adigiri, the CMD of Kogi State Specialist Hospital (KSSH) Lokoja. His excellent work is a credit to the healthcare system.
“We, the EDF, look forward to continued collaboration with your administration to ensure a healthier Kogi State for all,” the forum stated.
