The Special Adviser to Kogi State Governor on Good Governance and Due Process Hon. Aturu Ojo has called on Kogi youth not to participate in the proposed bad governance protest, assuring that Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo policies and commitments would delivered the desired dividend of democracy to the people of the State.
Hon. Aturu Ojo stated this at Ogori-Magongo local government while commenting on the proposed protest planning by Nigerian youth.
According to him , President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration has committed a lot in agriculture, provision of palliatives , security and other sectors that will definitely reduce the current hardship in the country
He noted that what is needed now is for Nigerians to support the President to achieve more instead of joining hands with some people who are planning for bad governance protest across the country.
“The President has put machineries in place to rejuvenate the nation economy for the betterment of Nigerian citizens. The only thing we can do now as a patriotic citizens is to declare our unalloyed support for him and not to stage a protest that can snowball into crisis and destruction of property” Hon. Ojo advised.
Speaking on the performance of His Excellency Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo in Kogi State, Hon. Aturu Ojo who is a grassroot politician said the Governor has made a concerted effort in ensuring that he fulfilled his campaign promises, stressing that his policies and commitments in the last six months has given hope to the people of the State.
