Former Kabba-Bunu LGA Caretaker Chairman and APC Chairmanship Candidate Consoles Nigerian Army and Professional Hunters Group

In a show of solidarity and support, Hon (Barr) Zacheaus Dare Michael, the former caretaker Chairman of Kabba-Bunu LGA and the APC Chairmanship Candidate for Kabba-Bunu LGA in the forthcoming October 19th Local government council election in Kogi State, has extended his heartfelt condolences to the Nigerian Army, Kogi State government, and the Professional Hunters Group following the loss of her military personnel and one member of the Professional Hunters Group, Usman Mohammed.

The brave patrol team was ambushed by bandits while on duty, and the tragic loss has left a deep scar on the entire community. Hon. Zacheaus, in his message of condolence, expressed his sorrow over the untimely demise of the courageous individuals who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty.

“We stand in solidarity with the Nigerian Army, Kogi State government, and the Professional Hunters Group during this difficult time. The sacrifices made by these brave individuals will never be forgotten, and their families are in our thoughts and prayers,” Hon. Zacheaus said.

He further assured the public of the commitment to combating insecurity and defeating banditry in the land. “We shall conquer insecurity and defeat banditry in our land by the grace of God. The battle to keep and maintain a secured community and properties is a battle of no retreat, no surrender,” he affirmed.

As the community mourns the loss of these heroes, Hon. Zacheaus vowed to continue working tirelessly to ensure the safety and security of all residents in Kabba-Bunu LGA. The courageous spirit of the fallen soldiers and hunters will serve as a guiding light in the ongoing fight against criminal elements threatening the peace and stability of the region.
