Dr Abubakar Yakubu, the immediate past Executive Director, Kogi State Primary Health Care Development Agency (KSPHCDA), has felicitated with all Muslims around the world on the occasion of the Eid-el-fitr celebration to mark the end of Ramadan.
Dr Yakubu, in his Ramadan message on Sunday in Lokoja, said: “Eid Mubarak to all Muslims around the world!
