KOGI WEST APC HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY ASPIRANTS ENDORSE TINUBU, ODODO FOR SECOND TERM IN 2027

The Forum of All Progressives Congress (APC) House of Assembly Aspirants in Kogi West Senatorial District has unanimously endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and Kogi State Governor, His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, for a second term in the 2027 general elections.
The Forum comprises aspirants from the seven Local Government Areas of Kogi West Senatorial District.
In a communique issued after their meeting, the Forum commended President Tinubu for his commitment to the development of Kogi State, particularly Kogi West, also known as Okun Land. The aspirants cited strategic federal appointments and ongoing infrastructure projects as evidence of the President’s impact on the zone, adding that such efforts deserve to be rewarded with overwhelming support at the polls in 2027.
The Forum also declared its total support for the re-election of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, describing a second term for the Governor as “non-negotiable.”
It lauded the Governor’s achievements in strengthening security across the state, improving the welfare of civil servants, and rolling out people-oriented policies that have deepened peace, economic growth and development in Kogi State.
According to the Forum, “one good term deserves another” to enable the administration to consolidate on the gains recorded so far.
The aspirants also appreciated Hon. Adeyemi Bode, Special Adviser to the Governor on Energy and Chairman, Forum of Special Advisers to Governor Ododo, for his commitment to the development of the state.
Furthermore, the Forum pledged to mobilize APC members and supporters at the grassroots across Kogi West to ensure massive votes for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, and all APC candidates in the 2027 elections at both state and federal levels.
The Forum reaffirmed its unwavering loyalty to the All Progressives Congress and called on all party faithful and the good people of Kogi West to remain united for the continued progress and success of the party.
