The Federation of Informal Workers Organization (FIWON) of Kogi State Chapter has paid a courtesy visit to the Director General of the Kogi State Bureau of Lands and Urban Development.
The delegation led by the State Chairperson of the organization, Comrade Maryam Usman Yahaya.
During visit to the DG offer their congratulations message on his recent appointment as DG of the Kogi State Bureau of Lands and Urban Development. While thanking him for his many years of service they expressed their excitement about his capacity to accomplish great stride in his new duty.
The Chairperson of the organization used the occasion of the visit, to make presentation of a congratulatory frame to the DG that featured his own image.
The frame was a symbol of the organization’s support for the DG in his new role and their hope for his success.
In his response the DG was deeply touched by this personalized gift and expressed his gratitude for the thoughtfulness of the delegation.
He promised to do his best to make FIWON proud in the discharge of his duties and contribute his quota for the success of the organization in Kogi State
