The Caretaker Chairman of Adavi LG, Hon. Rasheed Bashiru Okatengwu in a bid to strengthen the security architecture of his local government visited the Nigeria Police Outpost at Osara, Adavi LG.
The visit was in response to the call from the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in charge of Osara division after apprehending illegal miners and those deforestating some parts of Adavi LG.
The chairman commended men of the Police Force and Hunters who apprehended those persons and assured them of his readiness to wipe out anyone who threatens the security of Adavi.
“I will not condone any form of insecurity in our land and this should get to whoever have the plans to do anything that is against the law”, Hon. Bashir remarked.
The chairman further facilitated their investigation and promised to support them in the fight against any form of insecurity or social vices.
