It was a rude shock to hear the departure of our dear royal father, HRH Oba Abayomi Ogunkolu at this material time when his wealth of experience and fatherly advise is mostly needed.
According to Hon. Destiny who is the current Caretaker Chairman of Mopamuro LGA, HRH Oba Abayomi is such a man of uncommon wisdom whose knowledge about virtually all aspect of life shall be greatly missed.
Your reign has witnessed peace and harmony in Okeagi kingdom and also brought about good relationships with other communities of Mopamuro Local Government.
I sympathise with the number one leader of Mopamuro State Constituency, Hon. Olawumi for this irreparable loss and to the immediate family and the entire community of Okeagi, I pray God grant you all the fortitude to bear the loss, Hon Destiny added.
May God fill the vacuum he left behind and may we not experience untimely death in our dear Constituency this year and beyond.
