*Hon. Aboh, Omala Council Poll In Focus: Be Wary Of Mischief Makers.*
The attention of Aboh Media Team has been drawn to a spurious and unfounded allegations making the rounds by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Omala Chapter, who is coniving with some faceless APC members to drag the name of the highly blessed and divinely lifted leader, Hon. (Alh) Ibrahim Yakubu Aboh to the mud because of their inundated ambition to field an unpopular candidate in the forthcoming council elections.
Fear gripped the opposition members and their traducers after the aspiration of Hon. Aboh received wide acceptance, following his massive endorsement by stakeholders, party executives, and a larger percentage of the party (APC) members in Omala, held at Abejukolo few days ago.
It is no longer news that, very scantly portion of some boys, numbering about fifteen (15) who tagged themselves as “Omala Youths” in their desperation to cause unrest, took to the street in their unwholesomely scanty number to prevent the APC from endorsing their favourite candidate, Hon. Ibrahim Yakubu Aboh. As vain and futile as their intention and actions were, they failed woefully as the event witnessed an unprecedented success. This they did is in sharp contrast to what they alleged Hon. Aboh to be doing in the area. Nothing can be more terrorising as the action of these guys.
To further send gittery in their spine, the occasion was well attended with the presence of Kogi East APC zonal Chairman, Hon. Ahmed Attah who described the aspiration of Hon. Aboh as a perfect decision, following his track records as an administrator. This again contravened their alleged non performance, as evidence are glaring to show the achievements of Alhaji Aboh in the capacity of an administrator.
Another disturbing fact the opposition and their partners in pull him down refused to come to terms with is that, how come the only person they don’t want to face and they want out, because of their selfish interest is gaining more grounds, gathering momentum on daily basis, getting the nod of; House of Assembly Member from Omala, Chairman Omala Elders Advisory Council, local government party Chairman and his ward chairmen, Kogi East APC women leader, former SSA to the Governor on Tertiary Education, SA to the Governor on Due Process, party executives and stalwarts, party supporters, and a vast majority of the public, including some other key stakeholders of the party who couldn’t make it to attend the ocassion but graciously consented to the endorsement.
The above structure do not fall short of APC nationally acceptable standard and procedures for endorsement and affirmation of acceptable candidate of the rulling party.
In one of Nigeria’s parlance, “e do dem like film trick”, when Hon. Aboh displayed his distinguished leadership prowess and mettle by avoiding all forms of provocation and to the glory of GOD, allowed the endorsement to hold amicably. This is in tandem with his peacefully disposition, which has helped him to keep all forms of crisis, crime and criminality at it’s lowest ebb.
Their desperation took them as far as going to one of the privately own radio stations in the state to broadcast the busy body the “15 persons” displayed on the road, as a hilarious way of practicing the ‘bonfire night’ coming up in December in the day time, in the name of protest. That not enough, some persons were celebrating a maliciously and fraudulently forged state APC letter head paper to fabricate lies against the party structure, a case the party is not taking likely for that misrepresentation.
It is our view that those who feel threatened about the popularity of Alhaji Aboh should either learn from him, join him to move Omala forward or do not tamper with the will of GOD and therefore, wait for their own time, as enthronement and dethronement is all and only a matter for GOD to decide.
We equally advice intruders from the opposition party to concentrate on how to present their own candidate for the eventual defeat by Aboh in the next council poll, instead of interfering in the affairs of APC with the itching intent to cause disaffection, disparage among supporters of the already unblemished and united progressives.
We believe that, any candidate that has the backing of the party should not have problem getting their endorsement, just like Hon. Aboh has done.
He who knows the way, shows the way. Hon. Aboh knows the way and he is leading the way, and that is by the grace of GOD. Copying is allowed. And we further urged some of these busy body internet users to further drop the name of Hon. Ahmed Attah, in order shelve themselves from exposing their ignorance. As a zonal Chairman of the party, he is at liberty to attend and grace any party activities across the 9 local government he represents, just like he did in Omala Local Government, even the entire state. Recently, he was part of the delegations that went to Ondo state for a national assignment. If his position as a zonal Chairman can qualify him to embark on such all important assignment, then Omala Local Government should be like taking a stroll.
Though we are unperturbed. Rather than putting too much work in denigrating the person of Hon. Aboh, we advise that such People convert that energy into projecting their aspirant or paymaster(s), if they have one.
We are resolute, unwavering and determined to take and drive Omala Local Government to it’s enviable state. As we implore and appeal to the good conscience of Omala sons and daughters, home and abroad to join hands with Hon. Aboh in their support through prayers and good wishes. Meanwhile we are calling on all Omalites and others concerned to ignore these set of people and their antics, as we call the people’s attention to:
❗Be wary of those people who shouted ‘crusify Governor Yahaya Bello’ few months ago, and are now shouting Bello is a man who believe in democratic principles… It means they have ulterior motive due to their desperate ambition.
❗Be wary of those people who abandoned their party, PDP and are yet to state whether they have decamped to APC, but are now forming or claiming to purportedly sell APC aspirant today. Because they want to destroy APC and return to their already tattered umbrella… Don’t they have who to present as their candidate?
❗Be wary of many, who shouted sai Aboh few months ago, and are now shouting sai…who?… May be it’s because he did not replace the tyres of the motorcycles he bought for them or service the cars he bought for them.
❗Be wary of those people, whom Aboh has touched their lives in one way or the other, and are now in the front line to bring him down… May be he is not doing their bidding. Remember that, whom GOD has blessed, no man can course.
❗Be wary of more lies they are going to cook up about Hon. Aboh… Because they already have them stocked in their file.
On the flip side, as you are busy planning people’s downfall, they are busy planning on how to move up. You are more on the loosing side. Focus on what makes you better.
