Kogi Local Government Poll: Abdulkareem promises To Entrench Good Governance.

A All Progressive Congress (APC) Kogi Local Government Chairmanship aspirant,Hon. Isah Sani Abdulkareem,a.k.a ECOMOG has promised to focus on good Governance,peace and Security,unity and infrastructural development if voted as council chairman come December 2020.
Speaking to newsmen at the APC secretariat, Lokoja, after he collected his nomination form on Monday , Abdulkareem said his aim is to make Kogi Local Government Area a worthy place for all its citizens, a local government that will be a shining light throughout the nation if voted in as the council chairman.
According to him, his plan is to establish a society in which all sons and daughters of the area will have no anxiety about peace work,where insecurity is brought under control, where educational facilities would be provided for the schools with the best possible opportunities for learning.
He stated that Governor Yahaya Bello’s talent search programme would be replicated in the local government area, where every will person utilise his talents to the fullest and contribute to the general well being of the council.
He noted that his government will consult all citizens of the area and come up with the best policy and programme that will bring true satisfaction to the people, saying, to achieve this, it is the responsibility of all from the area and urged them to join hand with him in moving the local government to highest pedestal of development.
He maitained that the realisation of good governance in the council area demands the collective efforts of all stakeholders in the area.
Abdulkareem appealed to APC supporters in the area to join ranks so that Kogi local government would be move forward under his leadership when voted as the council chairman.
He thanked party faithful, stakeholders and the residents for the opportunity given him and assured them not to disappoint them.
