Ogori/Magongo Councillors endorse Bello for 2023 Presidency
Ogori/Magongo Local government Legislative Council has endorsed Governor Yahaya Bello to contest 2023 presidential election.
The leader of Ogori/Magongo legislative council Rt.Hon. Blessing Benedicta Obaro who presided over the plenary sitting where the endorsement was carried out , said that the governor is eminently qualified to lead the nation to the promise land.
Speaking further, the legislative council leader pointed out that the challenges confronting Nigeria today would definitely need a young, dynamic, energetic and brilliant man like Governor Bello who has the experience, charisma to move the country forward.
“Governor Bello abhored crimes and criminality and he is gender sensitivity which has earned him a Laurel by the Apex body of the National Council for women Societies(NCWS) and massive infrastructures in the state.
“He is a governor who knows how to resolve the issue of insecurity and conflicts in Nigeria” she said
While reminiscing on how governor Bello successfully brokered peace and doused the decision of the Amalgamated Union of Foodstuffs and Cattle Dealers of Nigeria(AUFCDN) over the blockade of food supplies to the South due to the crisis which millions of Nigerians described as what would have resulted to another civil war”.
While advising politicians in Kogi state to be United and work together on the project,
Hon. Obaro said “this is the time for a Kogi indigene to become the president of Nigeria, Kogi people had helped many other tribes in the past to get to the top.
