WORKS MINISTER’S VISITATION: HON DESTINY IN COMPANY OF OTHER HOUSE MEMBERS, WHILE THE SPEAKER TAKES THE LEAD.
Kogi State happens to be at the center of Nigerian and this makes it to be the connecting city to different parts of the Country as it borders not less than Nine States. This singular reason and the Economic value of the State have made the Federal roads within the State to experience vehicular presence day in day out and has by extension subjected the roads to a deplorable state.
In view of the above, The Honorable speaker Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon Mathew Kolawole alongside other house members paid courtesy visit to Minister of Works and Housing, His Excellency, Babatunde Raji Fashola to discuss and solicit for Federal Government urgent intervention.
However it was a fruitful discussion as the Minister has promised to facilitate the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the roads within the possible shortest period.
