Hon. Prince Collins plays host to PAAU SUG

The House of Assembly member representing Omala State Constituency, Hon. Prince Hilarioncollins Attai Musa FIMC, CNA, ACCrFA today received the Student Union Government (SUG) President of Prince Abubakar Audu University (PAAU) Comrade Abubakar Fatima Zahara in Lokoja, the Kogi State capital.

Welcoming the PAAU SUG President and her entourage, Hon. Prince Collins Musa congratulated the SUG team for their victory at the SUG election stressing that leading students, especially of this generation was not an easy task. He advised them to focus on a particular project which they could complete successfully during their tenure, urging them not to allow their academic pursuit suffer as a result of their SUG commitments.

The Omala Assembly member who graduated from the same institution several years ago also noted that everyone who have served such an institution truthfully would most likely be well positioned in life later. He was also optimistic that the team who were in their last lap in school would meet him in the alumni to work continuously for humanity.

Earlier in her opening remark, Comr. Abubakar Fatima Zahara praised Prince Collins for his open door policy, accessibility and high level of acceptability. She said she was the first female democratically elected president of the institution’s SUG after 22 years describing her administration as project driven.

The SUG head who came on the visit with her Chief of Staff James Ojonugwa, Nurudeen  (Fin sec), Ahmed Suliya ( Treasurer) and Abubakar Berikisu had at the beginning on of the meeting chanted Union Anthems then announced that the primary aim of their visit was to seek advice, Blessing and support from elders.
