SECRETARY LEA/AMAC IS AN EXAMPLARY LEADER PER

Hajia Mariam Ibrahim Baba marked her 100days in the office with her
shoulders because of the encomium poured on her especially her
humility personification which has attracted the high and low to respect
her and wants to associate with her style of leadership since her
assumption as the education secretary LEA in Amac.
No wonder she is able to achieve this fit in her 100 days.
Hajia Mariam Ibrahim Baba knowing the importance of what workers go
through after retirement did not waster time in addressing the ineptitude
of pension unit of the LEA in Amac to properly position them for
effective service delivery by building a befitting structure for them to
enable them preform their duties under a conducive atmosphere, with
the little resources available.
She also embarked on the renovation of some dilapidated offices for the
use of her staff and to give the environment a face light because of the
desire for healthy working environment for her staff.
Hajia Mariam is a horticultural generalissimo, no wonder her exertion to
beautify the office complex with flowers is a site to be hold at her
assumption all the dead flowers were brought to live, to day those who
admire nature comes to LEA Amac to take pictures because of the
serenity.
Hajia Mariam Ibrahim knows what it takes for teachers to perform, she
immediately embarked on tour of schools to motivate teachers and to
also put them on toes to give their best in teaching, this cordiality and
maturity in her style of leadership has endeared her to the staff and all
that came across her this attitude of her resilience and dexterity has
made it possible to be attracted to her workers which she capitalized on
for the success she has achieved in 100 days. One of the special quality
in leadership that’s very rare is non dictatorial nature, she does not
coerce her workers
