Yakubu Nazir Abdulhakeem, Executive Secretary, Kogi State Office for Disability Affairs. This selfless act is a indication to her love and care for Persons with Disabilities.
The presentation of the wheelchair by Commissioner for Women and Social Development, Hajiya Fatimah Momoh, at the Former Governor’s residence in Okene, is a remarkable gesture that will undoubtedly impact the life of the recipient, Hon. Yakubu Nazir. Her Excellency’s philanthropic efforts, both personally and through her NGO Hayat Foundation, have been touching the lives of the disability community and beyond.
