As the general election draw closer, politicians have started show up to context for elective positions in the state.

One of the notable politicians in the kogi State House of Assembly Representing Lokoja Two constituency under the umbrella of All Progressive Congress APC , Honourable Idris Ndako has declared his intention to run for the position of National Assembly for Lokoja/ Koto Federal House of Representatives seat as demands in lokoja Two and kogi local government areas.

Alhaji Idris Ndako who could not hide his feeling visited the Maigari of lokoja, Alhaji Mohammedu Maikarf the third and traditional Rulers in Kogi Koto Karfe local government for fatherly blessings.

He added that the visit was to afford him the opportunity to meet with the traditional Rulers for their Royal blessings as he declear his attention to context for the House of Representatives in the next General election's .

The aspirant went down with memory line that since the creation of lokoja/ Koto Karfe local governments areas, lokoja Two has suffered political neglect.

The lawmaker dwelled much that in 1999 and 2003 followed by the representative of Buba Jibril lokoja one between 2007 to 2016 and since then returned of kogi Koto Karfe state constituency and also Senator Tunde Ogbeha , Shaba Ibrahim and, Adamu Osuku represented the Senatorial District of the Federal Constituency respectively and Shaba Ibrahim date till .

Alhaji Idris Ndako explained that the Presidential ambition of Governor Yahaya Bello was a Cross for everyone to carry haven look his political style of leadership, the people of Lokoja / Koto Karfe would continue to drum support to enable him succeed and win landslide for 2023 general election.

In his remark, the Maigari of lokoja Alhaji Mohammedu Maikarf the third welcome the aspirant for the visit to his palace ,adding that he would continue to pray for leader's of authorities to ensure peace and development of the state and the country in general.

The House of Assembly member also meet with a large crowd of supporters and traditional Rulers where he took his Royal blessings .

Some political Associates Alhaji Musa Ladan and Mr David Ilujunka pledged to rally round the political ambition of Idris Ndako who has been tested and trusted in the political history of Lokoja Two constituency.
