Kwara: Newly promoted FRSC officers urged to redouble efforts

The Zonal Commander of the Federal Roads Safety Corps (FRSC), in charge of Kwara, Kogi and Ekiti States, ACM Chichebem Onukwubiri, has urged the newly promoed officers in the zone to redouble their efforts, exhibit professionalism and lead by example.

The Zonal Commander, who made the call during the decoration of newly promoted officers in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, stressed that their promotion was not only a recognition of achievements but also a call to higher service and expectations.

“I celebrate the significant milestone in the careers of our newly promoted officers as it marks a testament to their hard work, dedication and commitment to excellence in service delivery.

“I charge you to use your new found authority to mentor junior officers, drive innovation and enhance the effectiveness of our organisation,” he said.

The Zonal Commander commended the tireless efforts of Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed for the unwavering support and approval of promotions that have boosted the morale of officers and men of the corps.

The Sector Commander of the FRSC, SC Muftau Irekeola congratulated the newly promoted officers, noting that their promotion brings greater responsibilities, challenges and opportunities for growth.

“May you continue to serve with integrity, loyalty and dedication as well as inspire others to do the same,” Irekeola prayed.

Four newly promoted officers are Deputy Corps Commander Olawumi Oyeniyi who was promoted to Corps Commander rank; Assistant Corps Commander Chukwunonso Olisa who was promoted to Deputy Corps Commander rank, while Assistant Corps Commander Bukar Hussaini was promoted to Deputy Corps Commander rank.

The fourth is Assistant Corps Commander Solomon Mike who was promoted to Deputy Corps Commander rank.
