HON. IDRIS NDAKO EMPOWERS FARMERS FROM LOKOJA/KOGI FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY

Hon. Idris Ndako, a member of the Kogi State House of Assembly representing Lokoja II, has empowered about 1000 individual farmers from Lokoja/Kogi Federal Constituency with various agricultural inputs to help farmers across the constituency to improve on their output. The ceremony which took place today at Poroka – Kabawa axis of Lokoja metropolis witnessed a large turn-out of dignitaries, political associates of the top notch politician.
Hon. Idris Ndako who is known for his philanthropist gesture donated about one thousand sprayer machines, scores of herbicide chemical and organic liquid fertilizer and other farm inputs. This is one of the several efforts put in place by Hon. Ndako to uplift and support the rural farmers across his federal constituency since he was elected in 2015 and re-elected in 2019, many farmers, widows, artisans and indigents have benefited greatly from his largesse. Many people from his constituency have confirmed to us that the legislator does his empowerment quarterly which is very rare from others.

According to Hon. Idris Ndako who is a front – runner for the Lokoja /Kogi Federal Constituency in the 2023 general elections, promised to continue to support the farmers and the needy as long as God gives him the capability and the ability to do so. He urged other spirited Nigerians from the area to come out to assist the less privileged in whatever way they could. He handed over all the empowerment materials to the wards in the area.

He equally used the occasion to appreciate Governor Yahaya Bello for a job well done and he urged everyone to give his or her maximum support for his 2023 presidential bid. He also urged the good people of the Lokoja/Kogi Federal Constituency to support him by giving him their votes in order to represent them properly in the House of Representatives come 2023. He promised to right the wrongs of the past if elected by the people, provide financial support, bring federal presence and aid the youths to be gainfully employed.
Goodwill messages were delivered by many dignitaries in attendance including Mallam Abdulkadir Ndayaya, the district head of Ward E; state youth leader Hon. Mohammed U. Mohammed; APC Lokoja L.G.A. Chairman Alhaji Mekudi Bature; Hon. Umar Yusuf; Hon. Yakamata; Hajia Saratu Mohammed alias Gana, Women leader for Lokoja L.G.A; Hon. Abdulraliman Akabu and Hon. Adamu Adoga Yusuf among others.
Hon. (Mrs.) Comfort Ife, the Lokoja Local Government Vice- Chairperson ably represented the chairman of the council, Alhaji Mohammed Dansabe Mohammed at the occasion. The venue was electrified with music by the Kogi State Hausa Music Artiste Forum.
