Hon. Tajudeen Bisimilahi fete Christian brethren & Citizens on the occasion of Christmas Festivity.
A stalwart of the governing party, All Progressives Congress, Honourable Tajudeen Bisimilahi Ibrahim has joined other well wishers to felicitate with Christians faithful and the entire citizens of kogi state as they commemorate yet another Christmas festival which depict the birth of Jesus Christ-our Lord and Savior.
Tajudeen Bisimilahi in a Christmas message to the people of Yagba Land, kogi west Senatorial district and the entire State which was made available to media houses in Lokoja today, remarked that the birth of Christ brought salvation to mankind , man through Him derived their freedom and unhindered access to their makers.
The Yagba born politician, Philanthropist and humanist, enjoined Christians and the citizens to allowed the reason for the season which the birth of Christ symbolises of love , peace, steadfastness, milk-ness, humility and above all a gift to the World to permeate their operations.
Tajudeen Bisimilahi who contested for kogi west Senatorial sit in 2019 elections reminded Christ followers to obey His principles by ensuring that peaceful co-existence with other faiths and other ethnic nationalities is promoted.
He explained that Christmas should not be seen as merry merry making and extravagant festivity only but a period of deep sober reflections to address the nadir of human challenges bedevilling the society.
Tajudeen Bisimilahi admonished religious leaders and the Christians Community to asks God’s intervention during this season to provide solutions to the shackle of kidnappers, bandits, boko Haram, terrorism, highways robbery,and inflation in food prices which have brought untold hardship to the people.
He regretted the recent unwarranted attacked on Egba and Ode-ere communities by bandits and the death of innocent Citizens and sympatised with the bereaved families asserting the need for the citizens to support those who are in political Leadership to enable them reduce insecurity to the barest minimum.
“The current challenges facing our Land are not insurmountable and with unity of purpose, commitment, sacrifice, continued patriotism we shall overcome”, Tajudeen Bisimilahi stressed.
While wishing the Christian brethren and the Citizens a happy Christmas celebration, Tajudeen Bisimilahi urged the people to guide against any anti societal behaviors that will bridge the peace of the society.
