Soar Private Flights has appointed Allan Douglas as its Vice President, strengthening the company’s executive leadership team as it advances its operational and strategic development.
This was disclosed in a statement in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, by the President of Soar Private Flights,
Ameen Abdul.
According to him, Allan Douglas is an international business and aviation professional with over 19 years of experience in aviation transactions, cross-border operations, and risk management.
“Throughout his career, he has led complex negotiations, structured multimillion-dollar international transactions, and overseen due diligence and contract frameworks involving aircraft, engines, parts, and strategic partnerships across America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
“With a legal background and postgraduate training in Civil Law, Allan brings a strong combination of business execution, legal structuring, and risk control to support the company’s expansion, operational resilience, and long-term growth strategy.
“In his role as Vice President, Allan will focus on strategic development, international partnerships, and the structuring of secure and scalable operational frameworks for the company’s aviation projects.
“This appointment reflects our commitment to building a strong, disciplined, and globally oriented leadership team. Allan’s experience in aviation, international transactions, and risk management will be instrumental as we move into our next phase of growth,” the President added.
