MESSAGE OF APPRECIATION
I, Senator Sunday Steve Karimi, representing the good people of Kogi West Senatorial District at the National Assembly, Abuja and the duly elected senatorial candidate of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), for the 2027 general elections, heartily express my profound gratitude to Almighty God, the leadership and members of our great party for the trust and confidence reposed in me.
My emergence as the APC candidate in the recently concluded party primary election, is a great honour and a sense of responsibility placed on me by my constituents, which I will not take for granted at all. It is a clear demonstration of the trust, unity and collective commitment of our party leaders, stakeholders and supporters towards the continued progress and development of Kogi West Senatorial District.
On behalf of my family, political associates, constituents and numerous party supporters across the district, I sincerely appreciate His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, for his exemplary leadership and commitment to having a free and fair election in Kogi State. Thank you for upholding and promoting party unity and growth in Kogi West Senatorial District.
I also extend my heartfelt appreciation to His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, former governor of Kogi State, for his unwavering support and steadfast dedication to the ideals of the APC in the state.
My gratitude equally goes to the national and state leadership of our party, the state executive committee, the state working committee, party stakeholders, delegates, ward leaders, women and youth groups, and all APC faithful across Kogi West Senatorial District for their overwhelming support and solidarity in my bid to represent them again in the Nigerian Senate.
I deeply appreciate my co-aspirants for their maturity, high spirit of sportsmanship and commitment to the democratic process. Together, we remain members of one big united APC family working for the good progress of our people and the success of our great party.
As we move forward towards the 2027 general elections, I humbly solicit your usual continued support, prayers and co-operation of all party faithful.
Let us remain united, focused and committed to building a stronger, more prosperous and inclusive future for our district and our dear state.
